1. Job Purpose
-
To ensure regularly transportation from factory to
distributors/depots/end-user and vice versa if requested
-
To manage supply chain reliably at most competitive cost
-
To manage and explore route to market
2. Accountabilities
-
Transportation: develop new source of supply in co-operation with
transportation executive, evaluate performance of porters and transporters
-
Inventory: develop inventory planning in co-operation with sales and
production
-
Warehouse: develop external warehouse supply and possible third party
logistics providers, evaluate performance of service providers
-
KPIs: take care SC KPIs and give initiative for continuous improvement.
-
Get the requisitions for the transportation from internal/external customers
to the distributors or branches of company and others is relative to the
company.

Loading Plan & Despatch Scheduling Plan
-
Arrange and check the means of transport in order to ensure delivery on time,
technical & hygienic ration of safety and be sure they have a right for
traffic.
-
Prepare and monitor transportation contract yearly.
-
Follow up agenda of transportation means to supply information for
departments and organizations related.
-
Draw up completely voucher for transportation as satisfy in contract.
-
Follow up and input ISO procedures, check this system regularly and strictly.
-
Follow up and solve damages, which cause by transportation.
-
Monthly and yearly report on transportation.
-
Hygien & safety training for transporters
-
Conduct FSMS duties as assigned in relevant detailed decisions.
-
Report any issue related to food safety system to FSMS leader.
-
Any others assigned task arised
