1.
Recruitment & Selection
Maintain up-to-date
recruitment process report, talent database and all related staffing
communication.
Process all respective local
recruitment request in an effective and efficient manner
2.
Training & Development
Identify key skills,
specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.
Managing, communicating and
delivering important that impact other parts of organization.
3.
Compensation & Benefit
Monitor and alert the Human
Resources Manager (HRM) to any variance between the budgeted and actual
salaries and headcount.
To be in charge of payroll
administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth
and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates
compensation, special payments).
Gather all necessary data to
benchmark salaries and benefits.
Compile all data needed for
annual salary review, and the annual performance analysis.
Provide recommendation and
support to Store Manager, HR Executive - Store level
4.
Employee Relations:
To detect and handle
complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to
the HRM.
To foster a conductive
working environment through employee relations activities and
communication.
To conduct exit and grievance
interviews with all staffs at all levels.
5.
Rules & Regulations:
To review the staffs rules
and regulations and if applicable propose for modification and ensure
its effective implementation.
To create and implement the
employee staff rules and regulations of newly created Stores.
6.
Budget, financial management
Plan the Personnel Budget for
all personnel costs and Headcount.
Produce and submit the
payroll distribution report to Finance Dept on a monthly basis.
7.
HR information system:
Maintain smooth running of
the Human Resources Information system.
Monitor timely update of
personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal
outcomes, leave records, training & awards).
Ensure HR system is modified
proper and run in compliance with local law and the company rules &
regulations.

Minimum qualifications
- University diploma
- Minimum of 6 years experience in HR field, in which minimum of 2 years HR
Management experience.
- High level of interpersonal and integrity.
- Strong HR process skills and knowledge (e.g. coaching, compensation/
payroll, training & development, labor regulations and career/
organizational development.
- Be proactive – fosters courage to take risks and accept new challenges to
achieve goals.
- Good human relations, patient and high leadership skills
- Good English and computer skills.
-Ability and willingness to occasionally travel
